This comprehensive project involved the installation and integration of multiple advanced systems to deliver a fully automated and connected living environment. Our team installed security systems, CCTV, and access control to ensure robust safety and monitoring throughout the property. The audio-visual distribution and home theatre systems were expertly integrated to provide seamless entertainment across multiple zones.

Feature lighting was installed with programmable scenes to create dynamic ambiance tailored to different moods and occasions. Automated blinds and louvre roof controls were incorporated to optimize natural light and ventilation, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency. The air conditioning system was also integrated into the centralized control network to allow precise climate management.

All of these components are centrally managed through a custom-designed Crestron automation program, developed by our team in close collaboration with the client. The program offers an intuitive user interface and automated scheduling, providing effortless control and enhanced convenience across the entire property.
