Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club & Gym Sports Redevelopment
BGES was engaged by BluBuilt to deliver the complete turnkey electrical services package for the Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club and Gym Sports Redevelopment. Constructed for the City of Tea Tree Gully, the project comprised two major sporting facilities together with extensive site-wide electrical infrastructure, communications, security systems, renewable energy, and authority upgrades, all delivered within an operational community sporting environment.
Gym Sports Facility
The new Gym Sports Facility required a comprehensive electrical installation designed to support a high-performance gymnastics venue. BGES delivered new transformer infrastructure, main switchboards, power distribution, specialised high-bay sports lighting, emergency lighting, communications and ICT networks, security and access control systems, NBN infrastructure, and a large-scale solar photovoltaic system. The electrical systems were designed to provide a reliable, energy-efficient solution capable of supporting the operational demands of a modern sporting facility while allowing flexibility for future expansion.
Tennis Club
The Tennis Club redevelopment included new clubrooms together with significant upgrades to the existing electrical infrastructure. BGES installed new switchboards, underground electrical reticulation, power distribution, lighting, communications, security systems and external car park lighting, while integrating the new works with existing site services. All construction activities were carefully staged to maintain the operation of the sporting precinct throughout the redevelopment.
