Unley Medical Centre

BGES delivered the full base build electrical fitout for a multi-use, three-storey office building at the Unley Medical Centre.

The scope included the installation of a new main power supply and main switchboard, along with tenancy sub-boards and sub-mains to support future fitouts.

Electrical works also included undercroft lighting, power supplies for mechanical equipment and lift services, and the integration of a comprehensive security and access control system.

This project was delivered to meet commercial and medical-grade performance standards, ensuring reliability, safety, and future flexibility for tenants.
