West Lakes Aquatic Centre

BGES was engaged to deliver the complete electrical package for the West Lakes Aquatic Centre upgrade, enhancing the facility’s infrastructure and sustainability.

The project included an upgrade to the existing power supply, installation of a new main switchboard, and full pit and conduit installation to support new services.

BGES supplied and installed lighting, general power, and exit and emergency lighting throughout the newly developed clubrooms.

A 30kW solar system with battery storage was also installed, significantly reducing the centre’s environmental footprint and improving energy efficiency.

The upgraded systems support long-term reliability, safety, and operational flexibility.
